Our Delivery Policy
Products are normally dispatched on the day of order.(subject to stock availability).During peak periods orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days.
For our customised products delivery times may vary. Your account manager will discuss your requirements individually.
All goods are dispatched by courier to the order address.
Out Returns and Refunds Policy
All standard products can be returned for whatever reason within 7 days of recieving your product. All goods MUST be returned in the original packaging and not be damaged. We reserve the right to refuse any return that has been damaged or returned in the incorrect packaging. Any shipping fees incurred will not be refunded.
If you wish to return your product, please email info@lovelimitededition.com stating your order number, name and the reason you wish to return the product.
Customised products are not covered by our standard returns policy. If your goods are damaged on receipt please inform the courier and email info@lovelimitededition.com promptly stating the reason for the return. A new product will be dispatched promptly.
